2010 Internet is Blocked

One reason you may have blocked internet, after you installed DP 2010. 1) Once you click on your browsers for the first time, you are prompted Twice with TCP and UDP prompts.

2) When you receive the Defender Pro Firewall Alert, Click Allow.

If you hit block you will not have access to the internet.

You will also need to reset your Defender Pro Rules.

Double click the D icon in the lower right corner by your timeclock

Click setting and change ui mode to expert

Choose Firewall

Click on the Rules tab at top of the screen

Choose Reset Rules at the bottom of the window.

If you continue to have issues with blocked sites or getting onto the internet, go under Advanced View, choose Anti Virus on the left

and set the Anti Virus Protection Level slide bar to permissive.

If your issues still have not been resolved, please go back to the Firewall and this time select the Network tab. Ensure the trust level is set to “full trust”. NULL
