With Windows Vista and Windows 7, please be sure your permissions level is set to administrator and not standard user. To do this, go to Control Panel/ click on user account and family safety/ ser accounts and put the bullet in front of administrator.
If you choose to use a 3rd party browser and you have windows 7, please be sure they are running your browser as administrator before downloading Defender Pro. To verify this, please right click your browser and choose "run as administrator".
