Article ID: 10 Created On: 15 Sep 2009 8:17 PM

Another reason your internet may be blocked.

1. Once you click on your browsers for the first time, you are prompted twice with TCP and UDP prompts.

2. When you receive the Defender Pro Firewall Alert, click Allow.

If you hit block you will not have access to the internet.

You will also need to reset your Defender Pro Rules:

1. Double click the D icon in the lower right corner by your timeclock
2. Click Advanced
3. Choose Firewall
4. Click on the Rules tab at top of the screen
5. Choose Reset Rules at the bottom of the window.

If you continue to have issues with blocked internet sites, choose Advanced View, choose Anti Virus on the left and set the Anti Virus Protection Level slide bar to permissive.
