Defender Pro's commitment to customer care
Tuesday, February 10, 2009
It has been a very busy and sometimes crazy year for the entire team at Defender Pro. When you make the decision to work with a new developer, or choose a new firm to represent you for Tech Support, there will always be a few speed bumps. We did BOTH!

When it comes to PC security our customers expect the very best, so the decision to take on such a radical switch over was actually a very easy decision for us. That’s right, Defender Pro has once again raised the bar of excellence by partnering with the #1 Tech Support group in the United States, Caleris, Inc. out of Des Moines, IA.

That’s right, I said Iowa. In this day and age where the great majority of software and computer manufacturers are sub contracting their support services to various foreign companies, Defender Pro choose to outsource to Iowa versus overseas.

It’s already paying huge dividends for our customers.

Jake,
“THANK YOU for getting this thing going for me tonight and again staying LATE to do this. You deserve a RAISE. Tell your boss that I said you need one for dealing with me all week long…..hopefully our paths won’t cross again but if I need help…trust me I’m coming to you Jake. Thank you for being so patient with me and my slow computer, and for being so knowledgable in what you do. You have awesome customer service and you seem to really care to have taken the time to call me knowing that I was absolutely irate.”

Smile in the face of adversity
Amy
