Sometimes after the Anti-Virus scan has run its course you may receive the following message, “Files Cannot be cleaned”
Defender-Pro Anti-Virus is more than likely detecting items called ‘Cookies’ that are embedded in your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) and will have to be removed manually.
CLEANING WEB COOKIES
Internet Explorer:
Clean your Web cookies up by deleting them manually. To do that
click on Start, Control panel, Network and Internet Connections, Internet Options. On the General tab click on
the Settings for Delete browsing history, then click on view files. Delete
everything in the Temp internet files.
Mozilla Firefox:
Open up Mozilla Firefox and hit the following keys on your keyboard: CTRL, Shift, Delete
This will bring up the Clear private data Window. Select Cookies and then hit the “Clear private data now” button
